ACLU is accused of 'Gestapo tactics’ in Winning Case

2000-APR-5: Ohio: Claymont High School in Urichville OH instituted a policy in the fall of 1999 that prohibited students from wearing pentagrams. After negotiations involving a Neo pagan high school student, a lawyer, the principal, the ban was lifted in 2000-APR.
